By the time you have finished the game, Nier Issues would have been resolved and the price would have dropped.
Think of it this way; Witcher 3 is like a really good buffet. The food tastes great, even if it's served out of those warming trays. You leave satisfied and hey, you got a ton of food for the price. But NieR: Automata is like a fine steak specially prepared at a high end restaurant. It's pricey compared to other dining options, and really the side dishes might not be as good as the main course, but that steak is going to be better than any individual thing you had at the buffet. This may not be true for you, but I tend to like really unique experiences more than those that are just pretty good and last approximately a million hours.
I got money you could find both of them cheaper at other places too, but GMG is the first place I usually look (with Witcher games being the only exception, they are USUALLY on sale at GoG but Witcher 3 just came off a big sale there so I know it's gonna be full price.)
