There's nothing story related involving the E-drug. I was expecting to have to deal with random crazed Yorha members, who have lost their minds because of drug addiction, showing up while traveling the map, but was disappointed. What a missed opportunity.

Isn't only resistance really affected by the drug? I think Yorha or at least battle models pretty resistant to addiction

@It's Fappening! - they actually did address this! There are some Yorha members half passed out somewhere in the desert near some camp on a cliff.

You should read Jackass' description of the e-drug in the mission journal for some lore. Also, there's disabled Yorha members near the oil field transporter. If you go as 9S, he will comment on them.

E-Drug is OP, if you use multiple ones, it will STACK the 30 seconds buffs ! But only leaves you with the last visual effect, so if the visual modifier is not huge, you can get pretty OP during those 30 secs.

I'm aware of them, because that's where you buy more of the E-Drug from. They are not what I meant though.
