Help - Ending W [Solved]

I starting doing all the joke endings today, however ending W is kinda of a hassle right now.
I have to die during the prologue (I know sounds easy) but right now I am lvl 66 and have a little over 5000hp and most enemies attacks deal 1 damage. I don't really want leave the game running for hours taking little damage, does someone knows an easier area/enemy that can kill you quicker?

Can you switch to very hard mid battle? If you can, VH should kill you in one hit.

the lasers from the goliath during the flying part will kill you if you get hit by them 2-3 times

Thank you! Thats the way to go. I also tried self destruct but I believe It is disabled during the prologue, didnt try changing difficulty because the laser did it the first try.
