You'll get loads of them on Route B/C.

In the desert where the buildings are, the built up area? There is a save station, if you save there and reload you can kill the bipedal robots by the childrens swings. They have a low drop rate but spammable.

If you go down into the sunken, collapsed area in the main first area the flying snakes drop them rarely.

If you drop down there are bipedal monsters down there that drop them rarely, there is also a chest otw to the aliens mothership area with 3 in it. That's down past the flying snakes.

Don't do this unless you are high level, you'll die over and over and lose your chips. Those exploding robots are a pita and there are plenty of other, safer places to get them.

There should be a chest in the alleyway leading to the alien space ship, it contains 3 titanium alloy,

Thanks guys found that chest with the 3 at the Alien Ship.

I got 6 now. i found another chest with 3 in it. it is by the dessert buildings where eva and adam were born. between the transformator and the cave where the first "little-big-boss" was (the ones who spins around and are a bit bigger) up the sidehill are one of these red fire-leaders and at the top theres the chest.
