Help! Side quests disappeared!

No spoilers please.

So before I got ending A (I'm assuming the end of the first part of the game), I had three quests on the map (Robo Dojo - Red and White Belt, Clown Parade, and an unknown one in the kingdom). I did all the other side quests, but I held off on these because I wasn't levelled enough.

Sometime before ending A though, they disappeared off the map. I've now "restarted" the game playing as 9S. Will these quests come back at all? Because I've noticed some of the quests in the original game haven't been popping up.

You'll eventually unlock a chapter select so you can go back and finish any quests you missed earlier, and I'd say that they didn't expect you to finish all of them right away anyway. So there's no need to worry. :)

On the second play through, almost all quests that you did not finish the first time can still be completed. And you get access to a chapter select after your third play through.

When you reach the chapter when shared quest first became available for 2B, it will be there for 9S as well.
Also, all of the quests you completed are completed for good, so they won't pop back up again.

I was also kinda freaked when it happened to me, but don't worry. Nothing is missable, just keep playing.
