[Solved] Did anyone manage to complete the machine parade?
It's pretty much insane. They just die instantly no matter what I do.
Edit: I did it. Thanks for the the advice.

Maybe level up since they are lvl 35 mobs. Nobody is telling you to do the quest at lvl 10. I did the quest with no problem before the end of route A.
Yeah I managed it. You probly want to be at least level 25 just so you can dps fast enough. You can avoid all damage from most of the enemies by just running ahead and killing them, pod warns about abandoning the mission but I haven't actually failed it that way yet. Make sure 9S is on aggressive and then do your best to kill the ranged people at the end first. It helps to have 2 pod programs. Black hole program can be useful if used well. Then just keep an eye on em. It took me several attempts but failing is actually better than succeeding because the final enemies drop rare stuff and you can retry the parade over and over.

Sweet, thanks

I'm level 39 at this point, it's not the problem. The parade machines just die very, very easily.
Yeah they really do, just 3 seconds alone with one of the gun machines can wipe the whole party. When I won I had 3 people left all with like 1 hp. This was on hard of course. Managing to hit the several ground guys at once with lasers at the end can make a big difference especially if you charge it so both pods fire one.
u have to pull the aggro so they wont attack the parade

i was level 42 and they still nearly all died, just try and pull as much agro as possible also you can engage the mobs before the parade walks to them

Quite easy, run ahead of the parade and kill the mobs before the parade arrives. Don't run too far away though because the mission will abort. I did it like this on 2nd try after realizing that I don't have to stand right next to them all the time.

I actually used that method from the get-go, but it still didn't work as I was too underleveled to destroy all minions of the (probably) last wave fast enough.
It's actually easier to use this method in the second playthrough...
If you get the bomb pod program from the desert rose quest, it just annihilates grouped up mobs like at the end. I imagine it would make that section almost trivial.

Yeah, but only on story 2, thanks to 9S's overpowered hacking. Then the leader told me they'd see me again, which kind of pissed me off.

I don't think it's overpowered. It's actually very difficult for me to hack anything other than basic enemies.

It's overpowered because it's instant ("outside" of minigame) and oneshot small and medium enemies (and twoshot large).

It'd be great if they actually informed you what level the quests are
