Warped Wire... where get?
For the life of me cannot get this to drop. Google gives several conflicting sources of information. Can anyone tell me from what enemy they've gotten this to drop? I already got the 3 from the one side quest.

Dinosaur robot near the path to the Desert. He's next to a building. I literally got one from him 15 minutes ago.

go to the forest zone center and find a waterfall. go through the waterfall and you will see an elevator and a gatekeeper machine. note: only 9s can go access beyond this door because the robot tells you that it needs to have a hacking system (which is 9s). theres a shop below where you can buy parts for some upgrades and a colloseum or coleseum challenge trials. (dont know how to pronounce the word colloseum lol) its worth finding all over the map and know all the shop parts locations.
