This is happening to me too. It's really annoying.

You'll know the new cutscenes because they are basically paper drawings. Route B is basically Route A with less bosses and maybe 10 minutes of cutscenes to do with some random backstory on a couple of the areas.

So does the game auto-skip previously seen cutscenes? I'd like to know if it's just what it does before I go into playthrough 2, so that I know I won't miss NEW cutscenes, honestly.

I think I have a solution, did u tab out of the game and in again?, because when I do that it skips them, when I dont tab out of the game while playing at all it doesn't

In case u didn't know, they aren't the same, u just have to look better, to see some small but kinda creepy new things in the old cutscenes ;)

You alt+tabbed out of the game didn't you?

Hate to say this but for some reason something sticks when that happens and it will start skipping cutscenes (missed Adam's birth cause of that, but I said oh hell no and then reloaded the game after quiting out and starting it back up). HOWEVER I believe that using Borderless Gaming solves the issue by making it borderless windowed, to be honest I'm not really sure because since I started using the program I mostly just pause it and move to the other screen with my mouse instead of alt+tabbing which hasn't caused the issue.

I am having the same problem, no alt tabbing, mid cutscene and it skips, but the audio from the cutscene is still playing.

super weird, I am playing on controller with K+M plugged in so I am wondering if there is some issue with multiple input devices beign active, anyone on just Keyboard and mouse getting the issue?

Hi Tren,

I ended up solving this issue by playing in windowed mode and using "Windowed Borderless Gaming" to stretch it to fullscreen.

Hope this works for you.

I have verified, found 3.5 GB of the game missing/corrupt, seems to be fine now...except for game crashes. =/
I will change seeting if it persists, thanks

I also had this Problem. Used Borderless Window Mode in FAR and then the game showed me the cutscenes again.
