Classified Chips *minor spoilers*

During the quest for the chips with classified info, when you get the last chip, you get a communication talking about a missing yorha soldier with chips containing classified info... When I went to go turn it in to the guy, I refused handing it over twice, and 2B asks him if he knows about the Yorha soldier. The guy answers "No... Listen, forget about the chips" (Seems somewhat shady)
I can still hand him the chips, but I dont see any new points of interest on the map, not even in the bunker.

Is there any thing else I can do with the chips, or should I just turn them in?
