So about Reshade or SweetFX

Anyone found a decent preset to use? I tried one on reshade 3 but the damn thing doesn't seem to want to use the preset, even after putting in the name of the preset in the configuration..

8. Launch the game, press Shift + F2, follow the prompts and select the preset from the drop down list.
9. Continue following the prompts until the Preset goes live. Done!

Just I though to mention that it appears that ReShade doesn't like complicated preset names like "Nier: Automata" so you might consider keeping presets names simple like maybe NierAutomata or something like that.

It doesn't actually let me change that. It's just labeled DG's preset, but adds nier: automata automatically it seems since its in that games' section :/

Thanks this worked out great, though I noticed when I make my own custom preset I have a red line on the top and bottom of my screen, any idea what that is?

When you download the preset, you should get the file "SweetFX_Settings_NieR- Automata_DG's Preset.txt"

you can see the red line above and below the screenshot, I don't think its anything major, though when I do run this mod my temps go up to 56-59 C , I was told to watch if it goes to 75-80, but then again running max settings is quite a load on PC, its also a GTX 1070.

Can someone lend me a hand here?

I'm using the sweetFX config but in game when I press scroll lock, nothing is happening. Haven't had this with other games. What did I goof?

well its not that bothersome...it won't damage anything right? I really like how the game looks with my preset, very photo realistic.

If you consider that photorealistic they you might want to get your eyes checked.

no, it wont hurt anything, keep it if you like it....but something has 100% gone funny. In my experience anyway, I've sometimes had to completely remove reshade and install it from scratch when something goes off

@DG Can you make a version of your preset without any added color saturation? I just want a preset that removes that washed out coat look on the picture. My TV Is calibrated and I don't want to Introduce any un natural colors.
