FPS is quite low...
My data is GeForce GTX 980M, Inter(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz, 15.89 GB RAM. why the FPS is so low when I playing...
how to adjust the setting correctly?

there are like 10000000 posts like this.

go to nvidia control panel -> 3d settings -> global settings -> power management -> change to max performance..

then in the program settings tab -> find nier, if its not there, add nier -> power management mode -> change to max performance

if that doesnt work, go in the nier folder find the exe, and if you right click should be an option to force it and run in the dedicated gpu.

I'm having strange fps problems too. At 1080p I get 20-34fps but if I lower it down to 720p I get 55-60fps

What resolution are you playing at? This game is pretty demanding, so I wouldn't recommend going over 720p with that gpu if you want to maintain 60fps.

I don't think it is. The game won't switch from using my iGPU to my dGPU.

lol that's how gpus work. Lower resolution is less pixels is higher frame rates.

That's what's supposed to happen.

Go to Settings>Screen, and click on the bar that says 'Resolution'. You should get a few options to choose from.
