11B's Memento [Sub-Quest Spoilers]

So I found 11B's body and the quest updated to giving the weapon to 16D but she's not in the bunker anymore, can anyone give me the location of 16D once you have collected the momento?

Yes she is.
Also some quests bug out sometimes.
Takes some game restarts to fix it.

I've visited the Hangar and it is completely empty, even the shop guy isn't there anymore.

The shop guys down the other path, not the hangar. But ok that sounds like a bug.

Buggy here too. 16D is nowhere to be found and the hangar is completely devoid of npcs. Any solutions yet?

It might depend on what chapter/route you are. There are no quests you can fail when you actually complete the whole game.

hey, been a while since I posted this. I managed to complete the quest once I progressed further into the story. I can't exactly say what point in the story I was at since it's been quite a while. I'm sorry I can't help in more detail but try to progress further! She will be in the hangar again and you can complete the quest!
