[Bug] Yorha betrayers quest - enemies don't spawn

When i visit all three markers there is nooone to kill. Exiting and come back does not work. And try to do other quests, and come back it it doesn't help either. Any help/suggestions?

There are only two betrayers on top of goliath. After you defeat them, you will get another target. Only in one of the zones is your object. I also was little confused, but then found that they don't spawn in every point.

I've checked on top of Goliath several times, and there is noone there, and on the other spots aswell.

Do some main plot quests (Forest) and they should appear

Is a bit random their appearance I think or related to story, I found them after doing the story segment where you get the mission, just after unlocking fast travel.

they don't always spawn on the goliath, they spawn randomly at one of the three highlighted area

Check them again after Forest quests.

I found them on top of the roof where you start the area first and then on the goliath second, I think

Just check all the areas since they're bound to be at one of them

they din't apers here too, i'm trying to progress more on main history, maybe they apears

I searched the areas several times without success too. After progressing the story i searched again and nothing. After progressing further they finaly spawned on top of the goliath and then on top of the building.

I already finished the mission in the forest, they still don't appear

I finished betrayers long before starting the forest. They never spawned on top of the goliath for me. My first battle was on the roof of the building you land on after returning to Earth post-tutorial, and my second was near the factory entrance. Check the rooftop, as you may have been scripted for that to be your intro battle location.
