Report a translation problem
EDIT: Nevermind, just moved my lazy butt over to Google, you have to play through the game at least once.
Not so much there to "Piss Off" the playerbase as it is to "Tantalize" them.
They're being dangled there to say "this is a thing you will want to come back for, just keep going" as opposed to "ha-ha here's this thing you can't have."
Sounds like semantics, I know, but the difference is pretty important.
