you might have removed the mini map chip from you pod

Same goes for me. I even bought one more and equipped it but this did nothing.

Hey I fixed my problem by selling some of the stuff I had stored up in my inventory. I had like 4 different items maxed out. I think it is a memory issue in the game or something since I had a crash when selling and it made me realize I may be over loading it. Hopefully they can fix it in a patch.
