Try to launch the game and it will give you a progress bar or go into your download page and watch the blue bar under the name
All it says (in the downloads section) is "update required" but nothing starts and it says predownload completed in the games list on the left :S
Alternatively try launching it. It will load up a launcher window that will fill up with bars as it unpacks more
lol i seriously doubt 5-6 cosmetic items will take 24gb of data
The DLC is included in the 45gb size on my install. The Day One DLC is just cosmetic, so I can't imagine why it would take another 5gb of HDD/SDD space.
it was 50 when I had cosmetic on but when i turn them off it went to 26GB lol
