Report a translation problem
I got the files from here:

I downloaded and installed both files (because it said so) and wham, it worked just fine. Even with starting from steam.
I don't know if that helps but i'm just sharing my solution. :)
It works for me because of the mod and it helps a lot with FPS issues.

and deleted the file mentioned. Went ahead and did a fresh re-install of the FAR mod which was just released.
Now I'm up and running.
TLDR; if you had FAR installed: run as admin just to be safe, delete dxgi.dll from steamapps/common/nierautomata, reinstall the latest version of FAR.
