2B and 9S Love Story Seems Forced! Are We Given a Choice?

I don't like love stories, especially in games. Will 2B be forced into a relationship with 9S? After watching some gameplays, this looks to be the case...

I might have to skip this game :(

btw 9S looks and sounds like a 12 year old child... at least 2B can pass for an adult -__-

Strange though. I know you got it all cleared up and are buying the game but just for my personal curiosity. Why do you care? Not flaming you just curious.

Even if it was a love story. They arent humans who actively ogle each others bodies and pine for each other sexually. They are androids, manufactured.

Demo even shocased a small comment about emotions being prohibited (which i assume is imposed on them by their orginization) so if it was a love story it would be one of emotional bonds than outright human lust between an "adult" and a "child".

Ive seen the gameplay and played the demo and i nvr got a hint of a forced relationship. I woudlnt find it strange for 9s to admire the more experienced 2b. I mean the end of the demo even showed that off, they didnt share a kiss, they didnt hug, they just admired each other for thier service and freindship before the end of the demo.

If ever a forced love happened it woudlnt be forced, how thin is the line between holding someone in the highest reguard and love?

Again not flaming or calling you stupid, and i know there is no forced relationship here since everyone confirmed it, im just curious how you came to that conclusion before everyone cleared it up.

Yes, but they are androids that express and have very human characteristics. Does 2B not express pain everytime she is hurt in gameplay? What's to say she cannot also feel pleasure? Although emotion is prohibited that doesn't mean that it is impossible. But this wasn't my complaint.

As I said before, I can't stand love stories. And by "love" I mean romanticism. I find the whole "boy meets girl" approach tired and cliche. It's as simple as that :/

Regardless, I've obviously misread the interactions between 2B and 9S; I mistook their gentle moments as romance rather than just admiration... That's my fault

9S is actually the one who actually shows more emotion through out the whole game and I read about it. 2B doesn't "supposedly" have emotions or she doesn't show them. Though sometime later she does I think. (not sure though) And there kinda was a moment that I thought 9S had a crush on 2B but if someone says they don't feel that way for each other then I'm probably mistaken. Oh and some of you guys need to chill about what T3chnology was saying ... it was just a question... they have their opinion...
