How do I access the DLC?

I know of the locations of the DLCs doors; but they're currently all still blocked out. The machines aretn there but the door just wont let me press the button to activate them. Do I need to unlock chapter select?

For reference, I beat Ending E and have started over, I'm about halfway through route B at this point.

Did you allow steam to install it? The game patched last week. Most people thought when that patch released it was adding the DLC content. That was an incorrect assumption. You have to back out of the game and wait for the patch to be installed, the DLC is a separate download from the game.

As long as you're not in a part of the story where it's blocked off, you should get an email.

After reading it, there will be greeters at the doors to let you in.
