photograph quest issue

IS the photograph quest broken? i have gone to the osis in the dessert picked up all items taked to npc fished for an hour nothing it wond come up with a quest advancement sill says i have to find the desert photograph. have i just missed somthing

Are you sure you actually collected the desert photo? I mean you have to stand at a specific location near the oasis in order to collect the photo.

Thats whatim not sure off as i spent 1 hour fishing as i thought it may ave been an item from the npc diolage and an hour walking around it picking up evrything i could coulnt find a trigger spot.

Run through the desert towards the spot until you see some palm trees, use the dune as a 'wind breaker' and eventually you should make it to the spot.

if u are taking of the strom im past that and siting at oasis. but ill go back on later and check it out again not home to test right now

Face the oasis where you first came from (not sure if appears for everyone, there's an android body near the water), once the game view is similar to the photograph, 9S will make a comment about matching photo and the coordinate will be recorded.

I got it to work i had to leave and go back 5 times before it would activate so may have just been glitched thanks for the help.

You actually have to move around the perimeter of the oasis until the view matches the angle taken in the photo.
