% completed to be done both 9s and 2b quests? 78..80%?

I'm at about 78% done both 2B and 9A for quests, did I finish all of them before the third playthrough or what is the final % for both? I figure its 80 because thats an even number..

Once you beat the third route and get the C/D Ending, you'll get an option to go back to other chapters. It will tell you how many quests you have left to complete and what chapters the quests are available in.

I know that I was wondering if I didnt have to worry about that from someone who had completed so many quests thus far. I figure 80% is it.

Confirmed, you get a reward and achievement for hitting the '2B and 9S 80% all quests completed' marker.

Yeah it's weird how it's 80% and not 100%, a lot of the Nier achievements are for 80%.
