I don't trust commander at all because side quest she lied to me about YORHA soilders stolen stuff from resistance camp.
And now she told me to kill A2 but I don't want to.
What should I do?
I'm already setting 9S to passive mode and then A2 didn't seem threat to me but she not talking to me .
Should I wait for 15 minutes like FAR CRY 4 ?

Attack A2 ... you cannot defeat/kill her yet in that scene, so no worries.

You have to fight her, but the fight ends after you've drained a portion of her health. You can't kill her.

A2 is slightly stronger than 2E because of her berzerk mode, although they have the same combat skills.
