So i spent more then 15 minutes in the orgy scene, but i never got the achivement. Is it bugged or am i missing something?

No, i did it 4 days ago

Walk around and look at different people, thats how I got it to unlock, just earlier today.

Make sure that your vision is doing that wavy thing, like you're disturbed by the vision. The first time I did this I just stood in the room, kind of minding my own business for probably 15 minutes as well and no achievement. I then looked directly at some of the participants, and noticed I had the wavy vision thingy. I let it stay like this for another 10 minutes and bingo, achievement popped!

I'm still not sure what the 'wavy thing' is. I know what you mean but what is happening with the character? My theory was because the dimension of Lusst'ghaa and Yelverton's Manor are like a crossroad, intertwining and those moments your screen gets wavy is when you feel the lust coming from the other dimension affecting you. So the Changed must be feeling it all the time ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

You know, I was wondering this myself. In Amnesia, it meant you were losing your sanity and I feel like it was carried over into this game without the actual repercussions.

Please, make sure that the update is installed. Stay in the same room where the whole "action" is happening in.e. next to the dancing women in the corner.
