When I run de program happend this: Line: 44 Ini file in ReadIniFile does no exit. and continuos to 45, 46, 47, ......... I need a solution

Hi, is this a program for sim racing like iRacing? And does it come with all the cars and tracks in the world or does it find cars and tracks on your computer? and does this work for oval racing too?
