Key Card Act 3 Stuck Glitch?

Hey, I've being playing the game for a while, I'm stuck on the game because of a major glitch where after i melt the key card ice with the hot water I cant pick it up from the ice block. I'm playing on pc I really need help with this

You need to go to the kid's room and re-create the scene in the really big photo on the wall behind it. Recreate it as close as possible- you'll know where to put the items because it'll be in red on the floor where they can go. all the objects in the room will be there except the guitar. To get the guitar you will need to do the Sun and Moon puzzle. Simply go to the roof of the area where once you push 2369 code- you can get to that by pushing a painting in the area where the stairs near the elevator go- try em all- will make the huge painting fall. Go up one and unblock the door to the right. Go above where the door would've lead to if you went one more ramp up. Nearby is a balcony with a moon above the door connected to it. Open it at nighttime. Then there will be a door with a sun on it to the left. In the Moon room will also be the green gramophone used in future puzzles. to get to the sun door keep the moon door open and put boxes in the door frame to keep it open. Then use the elevator if it is open yet- by going around behind the house and hitting the lever with a small item- and go to top. Open the door downstairs and hop- on over to the room with a bunch of cannons launching apples. Use green gramophone to grow plants- for a future puzzle- and turn levers green. then hop out the window by the lever and stay on the tiny platform. There will be a little area with our good old friend- Mr. Valve- use him and twist him. Water will spurt out after twisting him three times- however forget the valve you wont need it again unless you wanna bring Mr. Valve home for deco or for a "friend."Come back at daytime- by resetting or getting caught- NOT afternoon btw- and go through the moon door. If boxes were properly placed Moon Door will not shut. Open sun door now. Youll get a birthday cake used in the red key puzzle- which by the way is EASILY hackable by just jamming a shoe into the lever also in the No Guns Room in the top of the turn-the-painting- stairwell. if shoe doesnt work use the binocs and then basketballs in the next room. Head out of the basketball room and go through the other door and open the power box to also get a crowbar- come back with a bucket of water and use it to cool it faster. Anyways- past the sun door open up a gate with a lever and then open up a door that looks like the alpha 2 basement door- which is a big metal door with a window- and walk in. The room's empty- before you used Mr. Valve it was flooded to the brim with water though! enter the door at the end of the once flooded room to get guitar. Go through the gate you opened, and remake the painting. Then follow the wire to a power box. If all was done correctly, a way inside will be revealed. If not then look at the picture and try to make a more accurate thing of the photo. Then once opened turn the power box to red. The freezer will get turned off and keycard will thaw out- no idea where hot water came from.
