My red key dissapeared

I had a red key in my inventory,but when i broke the glass from neighbor house,IT DISSAPEARED! How can i get it again? please help me,red key is important for the basement!

the same happend with my crowbar in act 3 you have to start a new game its so annoying!

Don't start a new game. Your items probably got stuck to the underside of the magnetic room (located outside), which requires virtually nothing (save for the wrench) to jam. After that, you can get your items back. This same thing happened to my crowbar, red key, and magnet.

OH GOD,TOO LATE! I ALREADY MADE A NEW GAME ;-;

The red key isn't important at all. I beat act 3 without the red key just use the chair in the basement to help boost you over the gate and in act 4 (finale) you'll just get all the upgrades anyways only one you really need in my opinion is the invisble upgrade honestly. I know this is late but some people are telling others to restart the act and yes ik its 2021 and I'm still ranting about this but who knows people like me still might be playing.
