I got the demo, and i found out SOME of the controls. Here they are:

W A S D: Forward, Backward, Left, Right

Ctrl: Crouch

F: Pick up stuff

Right Click: Drop what you are holding

Z and C: lean left and right, but u don't move

Space: Jump

Left Click + Right Click: Throw

Left Click: Use what you are holding.

Or more specifically; Z and C are for leaning left n' right, like Amnesia or Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

Space to jump, left Shift to sprint. There's also right mouse button + left mouse button to throw, which was changed to holding the drop button in future builds. Using items (propping chairs or using the hammer/crowbar) is either left mouse button or right mouse button depending on what it is, but in future builds it was changed to always left mouse button. E opens doors and interacts with switches etc., and in Alpha 2 and beyond is also the pick up key.

Try to pre-purchase it when its on sale, I've seen announcements that its better
