Hello Neighbor Tram Won't Start

Hello!

This is my first post ever, but here goes. I was playing Hello Neighbor Beta 3 and was trying to position the tram so I could get on to the roof. I pulled the lever, it stopped, but it wasn't in the right position. I head back and try to turn it back on but it does not work. Is there a generator I need to turn on? Or is my game just not working?

Did you turn the power off to the house? If you did that's your problem.

I checked that. Also, I turn it on, off, then try to turn it immediately back on but it doesn't work so the neighbor doesn't have enough time to turn it off (if he can).

Edit: Sorry I meant the power to the tram not the electrical box.
