Does Anyone Possibly Know Where, Or If There Even Is, A Golden/ Yellow Wrench In Act Three?

get on top of the train and when it gets close to the roof jump on it and go down the ladder and the wrench is there

I Saw That Coming. Sorry I Meant The YELLOW Wrench To The Ladder On The Side Of The House.

The ladder thet goes up to the camera room? There is no yellow wrench. You can use the red one to open that ladder too.
