You have to get the magnet in the neighbor's rink, and go to the small window. Magnetize the lockpick, and you can use it on the door for the wrench.

get the magnet gun from the back of the car and stack boxes to see the "tiny window" and use it on the lockpick on the shelf

you need a key for the trunk of the car though, so stack boxes by the shelf in the fron yard.. climb to the top of the shelf, stack 2 boxes, get on the roof, jump around to the other side, break the window, then look behind the giant flower painting and grab the car key on the hook (not the yellow one)
