The Main Character, YOU, Are Dyslexic (Hello Neighbor Theory)
One thing that I was unsure about when I first played the game was why were some words switched around? My first thought was that it was just tinybuid trying to make the lore more confusing, but then I though there might be a deeper meaning behind the switched around words. The first time you see words switched around in the game is the "Missing Poster" where only a few letters are wrong. As the game progresses more and more words are switched around and it gets harder to read as you get older. This leads me to believe you, the main character, have dyslexia because people that have dyslexia see some words and letters differently. Also, dyslexia can progressivly get worse as you get older, which happens in Hello Neighbor as you progress through the acts. The thing that would comfirm the theory would be if we could find the main characters handwriting anywhere, because dyslexic people also ca have difficulty writing.

Anyways, tell me what you think of my theory, and add anything or any theory you think could help the Hello Neighbor "lore-busters" community below.

I was thinking the same exact thing when I was playing. At first, I thought it was just an artistic choice from the developers to spell things weird, but then I thought that the player character is actually supposed to be dyslexic because of how all the spelling of things is only slightly off in a dyslexic way. A non-dyslexic person can still read what things are supposed to actually say.
