QR CODE FOUND IN ACT 3!

I recently found this secret QR code in the beginning of act 3. I'm not sure if I was the first one to find this. (most likely not) Anyways, I used a QR scanner app and it said this.


"now you have all the parts.you can erase me.wait for my signs.look for the green light in the beginning.use *AI_errorDumping=0* when the time comes"

I was pretty creeped out at first. Could this be a dark secret in the game files?
