Does picking an act restart game?

im on act 3 and wanna troll neighbor in act 2 but im afreaid of reseting act 3? does this happen?

Yes it will reset your act 3 progress but what I did is go into the game files and make a new folder named saved games and I named the folders inside as act 1,2 and 3 then what I did is go to appdata/local/helloneighbor/save/savedgames and copied my save game which was act 3 so I pasted it in the act 3 save folder it is very easy so that you can just come back later by going to that folder and copy your backup and put it back in appdata/local/helloneighbor/save/savedgames

how do u access game files though?

Go to your steam games page and right click on the Hello Neighbor tab then click properties and and find the tab that says browse local files and click on that and your in the game files but you can put the save backup folders anywhere you want that is just what I did
