Hey, thanks for watching. As someone said, there's no real trick to it, you just shift run jump. It's just a giant pita, gets easier with practice. The door frame is really hard to judge, I've had better success with not having too much of a run up, you'd be surpised how far you can jump with just a short sprint. Also, I did another video which exlpains it but when you need to make the jump into the attic window (there's another way to get in the window) you basically have a roof that juts out above the window, and your head keeps hitting that, so you have to come from the right and jump in at an angle. You also don't need to stack boxes, just take the table from outside your house, or in the neighbor's living room and put one box on top of the table and you get get in the window much easier.
Go to the corner next to the door, just move slightly to the left, look toward the other side of the corridor, look at normal level (do not look to the ground, it'll make the object glitchy).
Drop the armchair, it should be positioned in that way:

Now you need to make it fall in the door frame by jumping on it and moving forward, ideally it should fall like this:

It can also fall on the side which is good as well.
Then you just need to crouch jump on it until you pass the door frame, stand back up, and you just have an easy jump to do to reach the edge.

You might need to try a few times to position it right, but it's safer than falling and having to go upstairs again.
