So... Don't expect to see the console in any other version.
You can't bind a key to a console commnd (I don't think).
Can you link to a video showing it?
Okay I have figured out a way:
1. Load up the game
2. Open console and type setbind KEY COMMAND (Example: setbind T DestroyTarget)
3. Exit the game
4. Open HelloNeighborReborn\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Input.ini with Notepad
5. Locate the line with the command you just binded
6. Find Control=True in it and change it to Control=False
7. Load the game back up, you should be able to use that keybind now.
