I am creating this discussion to talk about how to beat Alpha 3. I have been playing it for the past few hours and have made no progres!

All I know so far is where the torches are and that you probably need a key to advance

I believe the key is hidden behind one of the pictures of the apple on the wall. Haven't found which one yet tho.

Oh yeah I just found a picture on the stairs and it has a golden apple with a key behind it
not the actual painting but a picture hinting where the key is

I found the silver key. If you open up the metal gate and open up the door to the long hallway, open the door to your right and on that platform is the picture of the golden apple and removing the painting will reveal a hole in the wall with the key sitting on the shelf, I can't reach it though. And it may take quite a few tries getting on to the platform.

I am having trouble getting the key that is above the door, I think they tryed to recreate that we used boxes to reach places in the alpha 1. But with the new mechanics its so difficult

maybe idk if he can interact with those levers but if you were to make him go to the deepest part of the 2nd floor place and flip it and close the gate and jump down maybe idk

Well I am trying to get the key through the wall because I just got him stuck inside on the front door, he is spriting at the door I closed in fron of him

Second floor 1st hallway door that leads outside you'll see paintings the above the part you can stand on has a hole

Also ladder does nothing so dont worry about that

The first key (the gold key) is above the front door in a red sort of box, you need to build with boxes and press a lever on the roof and then use boxes to build up to the box and get the key
