Where's the wrench in full game act 3?

It's behind the ladder that goes up to the roof (behind the red bolted ladder, next to the train tracks). You have to go up onto the roof by jumping off the top of the train and then drop down inside the ladder to get it.

On a side note the red wrench also works with the other bolted ladder even though it's not red... Don't know why.

I searched for that damn thing for legit 5 hours before I just stared forlorn at the area and then I looked down. so mad
