i think i know from playing beta 3, its a gray metal door with a valve, behind it is tons of tons of water

Go to the two doors that require different times of day to open. Open both of them during the appropriate times of day. Unblock the next door with the chair in front of it and look to your right. There should be a large metal door with a crank valve. At first, it will be filled with water so go to the beginning of the globe puzzle (the 4 levers with the baseball machines after the fear supermarket) and jump out the window. To your left, there should be a pipe with a red valve on it. Turn it a few times and it will pop off. This will drain the room out, allowing you to get the guitar
