YouTubers have Hello Neighbor on Steam

Its not a bug but I'm just curious why some youtubers like 8BitGaming have Hello Neighbor on Steam. For me it just says 'coming in summer 2017'. I'm not sure if they were given early access or something, I was just curious.

You can currently buy it on early access (or win a copy) from their site Helloneighborgame.com (other people either backed Guts&Glory or recieved a key from the devs like youtubers probably did)

I mean I don't have it but some YouTubers have the game for free and used a steam key. You can see on tinyBuild's Twitter that when they were updating to Alpha 3 they had to update steam libraries. I'll find a link.

Nope ;) at least not all of them. Plus loads of other people have been getting steam keys, especially when alpha 3 was released.

Yes, there was a cross-promotion between the 2 projects.

But the promotion is ended since some time now, it was back before Alpha 1 got released if I'm not wrong.

Yeah but the kickstarter was a long time ago. That's why I was saying that it's not possible right now.

I'm not talking about the kickstarter, I'm talking about YouTubers getting steam keys for free from tinyBuild for press, as showed in a tweet.
