I cant play hello neighbor on mac
i have a mac and i want to play hello neighbor on my mac plz help me i want to play

Alpha 1 and Pre-Alpha have mac builds. The others don't. Sorry!

No they don't actually - or am I missing out?

Unless you mean the MACOSX folder, that's because it was compiled on a Mac

also, the MACOSX files have a .exe, therefore cannot be run on a Mac

What about using boot camp? https://support.apple.com/boot-camp it is a software that enables you to run multiple operating systems.
