Cube under water

after opening the door with the three scales, there is a cube under the water. what should I do?

At the Biolab?

You need to low the water level. Push the block with Air to the other side near the stone wall.

Use a Ice bomb to make an ice bridge, step on it. Raise the water level by one. get on top of the bock, use the earth bomb (with the round or flattened flask) on top of the block.

Just to clarify this incredibly misspelled post, you can lower water levels with lava. This is the only place in the entire internet that will tell you this. Every other guide assumes that you know this, but in fact, this is not a logical thing to think and you will literally have to guess this otherwise. You're welcome.
