anyone else lost some of they're outposts? so you have to claim them again
Huge FPS-drops when using binoculars, noisemeter totally weird. Fast crouch - three bars, walking - 1 red bar / sometimes even 2 on the same ground! Teleporting animals aren't a problem anymore, because you won't see any to shoot with such noises. Who wants shelter cabins and chinese lamps on the outposts? It's a hunting game, not The Sims... Every week new decorations on the buildings, because somewhere is a huge party? Come on...
Do you know about the achievements bugs, for example in medvid?
Hello devs, thanks for this nice update, but id like to ask one thing: did you change the walking and running speed? my buddy and me are expieriencing slower running and or walking speeds, if so we d prefer to run faster again
Slower running could be caused by increased GFX load. Check your FPS
Wont play Taiga map as there is still the issue of animal blood track decals using a layer that is under the ground cover layer, when in real life the blood would obviously lay on top of the ground cover layer, it means its impossible to track an animal. :-( It also has nothing to do with the blood track colour in game, the blood decal layer is set wrong, its ok on the other two maps.

Example of the Achievement bugs? I've never gotten any bugs with the achievements
So it seems after this update the keybinding doesn't work at all. Every time I start the game the keys return to their default, which is so annoying. I even put the keymap.json file on red-only but even that didn't fix it. Some game settings (auto-reload for example) are affected too. Please address this issue asap.
Agree with @DownhillDom, the noise meter shows 3 bars when you transition from running to fast crouch, stopping completely resets this to normal
Excited to try the new changes! But I don't see mention of the constant standing/sitting bear animation! :(
Sorry Sir, I've many problems after new up 1.17. Problems to take weapons from inventory and transfer to back pack and many other. I can't play to my favourite game. Is there a quickly solution ?
optimize the grass for crying out loud i have a vega64 video card and slows down when looking at the grass which is everywhere
Thanks guys for the great fix! I look forward to future developments, with my greatest hope being that in game ballistics get a massive overhaul. Polymer tip bullets expand more than soft points and soft points penetrate more in general, but neither have a penetration "problem" where the bullet stops in the skin of the animal and doesnt even get to the lungs on a deer being shot at from 200+ yards. In game right now you can only expect to hit the skin on an animal with soft points in the smaller calibers if you are literally on top of them. In real life bullets can and regularly do blow right through soft skinned animals such as deer with things like 30-30s (personal experience) and certainly 270s.
This problem becomes exacerbated by the hunting of larger game such as European bison in which during the early game in order to complete missions to hunt them you must use a bow as otherwise the bullets wont penetrate deep enough to reliably down the animal. Guns are not weak and animals are not overly tough that they can just shrug off a hit, I sincerely hope this can be fixed in the future.
And on a not important note, it would be amazing to include an optional kill cam in which the bullet is followed from the bore to the animal showing what your shots do, but this is not an "important fix" just a note on my part. :) Thanks for listening and please know the above is meant in love and support of what is a beautiful game in progress but a note from TheHunter Classic could be taken on ballistics and what guns are legitamately capable of doing. Thank you!
