Tobii Eye Tracker Usage
For anyone who really loves this game and wants to take this game to the next level, I absolutely love using the Tobii Eye Tracker 5. I bought it for my flight sims, but this game in particular benefits so much from it.

For me, not only does it add to my situational and surrounding awareness, but it makes me 'feel' like I am hunting. While you are sneaking or just sitting waiting, you can look around with your eyes and your head and not have to move your body/gun to where you are looking. Also, you can be looking around the landscape in many directions while constantly moving in one specific direction. So while I am running along, I catch targets of opportunity off to my sides all the time that I would have missed before.

I know that it costs money so that part sucks, but if you are really into this game and you have ever considered it, the eye/head tracker takes this game to a different level.

I know what you mean, things like that are a game changer.
For me the problem is that using an eye tracker feels uncomfortable and unintuitive. I've been using TrackIR for flight sims and Arma for many years, it's really good and intuitive, and I would love to use it in this game.
But either the devs have some kind of contract with Tobii, or they just don't want to put the effort in to include TrackIR. Whatever the case, they're been ignoring an ongoing petition to add it for years, so I guess it's just normal hunting without tracker for people who don't like eye tracking.

I'm thinking about getting Tobii. I need the mounting kit right? Also what software for it.

The tobii box should come with a mount that you stick onto the bottom of your monitor with the provided double sided tape. The software is downloaded from the tobii website.
