Nope. But they hang around the beach all day, so not very difficult to find.

Nope. You can lure alligators with e-caller, but not crocodiles.

The 'Who's deer' skill works only on specific animals. Each caller has a fixed set of species that can additionally be attracted with this skill. Crocs are in none of them.
