Deer mission

hello, i can't do one of gerlinde Jäger's first quests. I took screenshot, in game photos, I am in the right region and the quest does not validate please help me because I am not even done 1% of the game and I am already struggling.

You need to be fairly close to a deer, within 35 meters or closer. Spot it with binoculars and take a picture while the outline is still active, it helps to trigger completion. Make sure you have no vegetation too close to camera, stepping out of cover quickly might help.

Is it the mission with the lake? If so make sure to take the photo while looking in the general direction of the lake. I am not sure if this is a hard requirement, but the mission states that you need to catch the deer and the lake in the photo, and my photo counted with just a bit of water visible in the background.

Yes, you just need to look toward the lake, and the lake doesn't have to be visible.
