Nenet's reindeer?

Trying to complete the mission where you spot and photograph a Nenet's reindeer. I'm finding a lot of regular reindeer around that lake but no Nenet's. Any tips?

go to the safehouse that is on the south side of the lake and walk directly north ya can't miss them and you have to get close enough for the picture to work

You mean the outpost on the southwestern end? I’ve hunted the lake from there along the western and southern edge and not seen any. I’ve gone out on the lake some too. Just regular reindeer...

Yes thats all I did was spawn to that outpost and walk right out to the center of the lake and they were standing and not moving at all, then I just had to get close enough to take the picture

Sure enough there they were LOL. Hunted most of the edge but not the middle. Oh well harvested a lot of regular reindeer in the process...
