For the mission the perfect shot you need a quick kill bonus of 100, aim for the spine or the heart.

You also have to pass the harvest check, so no brain shots and improper weapons. Did you use a wrong caliber?

which weapon I finger to take and the caliber thank you in advance, I took 300 ganning magnum

The .300 is wrong caliber, because it is labled for classes 7-9, Caribou is class 6. Use for example M1, 7mm, .303, .308, Martensson or the .270. You can use anything, that is labled for class 6.
