Steam on ps4

I have a friend who has a ps4, but he doesn't know how to download steam onto it (so he can purchase this game). I have no idea as i don't use consoles anymore. Could someone tell me how he does it please. Cheers

You can buy the PS4 version of THCOW in the playstation store and play it like you do on PC, but you are not able to play cross platform. I suppose you ask, because you want to play together in multiplayer, but that won´t work, at least not in close future...

well, it's possible.. if you download from PC, stick it in USB and stick USB on PS4.
But it's totally useless as it wont work, wont open or anything... it's basically just a random files laying around.

as for downloading it straigth up from the PS4 web browser.... nah. sinze PS4 it's impossible to download anything from the PS4 web browser.
