Multiplayer timed out

The multiplayer is not working. We tried all the solutions we could find, like forwarding ports ect. And it still says timed out.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

I got a response on the COTW discord server. They sent me this link https://support.thehunter.com/hc/en-us/articles/4417163840530-I-can-t-join-or-host-a-multiplayer-game-for-theHunter-Call-of-the-Wild but 4 other people still have the issue and 2 of my buddies as well, I dont know how they can keep saying its an issue on our side.

That is the standard answer found on the official website. My connection is OK, my NAT is open and hadn't any problem with other games.
A friend of mine tried to connect with the VPN to an American provider and everything works perfectly. Connecting with the VPN to a European provider does not enter any server created by players. "Way of The Hunter" works fine in peer-to-peer.
I wrote to tech support and they told me that they informed the employees and that they are investigating the problem, even if they never received a request and that the problem for them is new. We hope that they will soon be resolved

im also getting this issue along with a friend of mine while trying to join a multiplayer session
