Snowing sounds like rain

I'm playing in Yukon Valley and it started snowing, a feature I really like on this map. Only that, it sounded like it was raining, which was pretty immersive breaking and annoying.

Not sure if this is a known issue or what. I haven't been playing on Yukon Valley for a while.

no, sounds like this since the beggining of the game. it's true is not immersive at all...snow should be soft and a bit more quiet. you should go on Taiga near tents or other camps lel.

Never sounded like rain to me? To we it sounded windy everytime it would rain on Yukon Valley.
